Setup Development Environment

1. Download J2SE from [here]
2. Download Netbeans [Here]
3. Download iReport plugin for Netbeans [here]
4. Install J2SE, continue by Netbeans
5. Unzip iReport plugin (.zip)
6. Start Netbeans, navigate to Tools -> Plugins -> Downloaded -> Press Add Plugins
7. Browse to extracted folder and select 4 extracted files
8. Press Install button, after complete restart netbeans
9. Now you shall able to develop iReport in Netbeans
